About Me | Hiking into Wanderlust

I started hiking in July 2018, and began with a 3 day backpacking trip into Tonquin Valley in Jasper National Park. I had been on some hikes before as a young teen, but I set out with 22 others into a remote hut and discovered my love and passion for all-things outdoors that weekend. Since then I've done numerous trips, but as of June 2019 bought a GPS tracker and decided to log all my trips as a fond memory to look back on. This page is by no means a detailed trip report of how to ascend peaks or navigate routes, but rather my reflections on the hike. Hopefully it inspires you to get out there and explore the beautiful world we live in!
